Home Warranties

BUYERS: One way of protecting yourself from unforeseen problems that may arise after your home purchase is to invest a few hundred dollars and purchase a home warranty plan prior to closing on your new home. This plan will typically cover home systems such as plumbing, heating, appliances, etc. for one full year after your purchase. This is an inexpensive insurance policy that covers many home systems. This home warranty plan can save a buyer from unexpected costs after their purchase. 

SELLERS: As a home seller, you can purchase a warranty plan on your home that covers you until your home is SOLD and then covers your new buyer for one full year after the purchase. The home warranty will certainly set your home aside from others on the market that do not offer this protection plan. There are several companies offering good plans. Some thought and a small investment may bring you peace of mind and save you some of your hard-earned dollars.
