We Select Real Estate Agents
When we begin our customized search for the right agent for you, we don't know
initially whom we will
recommend. That's because, unlike other referral agencies, we
don't start with a list of people who have already paid us for the privilege
of being considered.
Instead, we take the information you shared with us and
begin a thorough search for someone who best matches your needs. We do
our search the old-fashioned way; through networking and hands on
investigation. We make lots of phone calls and interview many sales
managers and top producers in order to find the person best suited
to assist you.

What
We Look For
We ask a lot of questions when we interview agents. We want to know
how successful they have been in the area that you are interested
in. No matter how much real estate someone has sold, we look for
people who specialize in the type of property and location that
matches your needs.
If they are Listing (Seller’s) Agents we investigate how they
intend to price and market your property. How will they advertise?
Will they use flyers, open houses, and/or property tours? We will
also determine what percentage of sales
price their listings sell for.
If they are Buyer’s Agents we delve into their knowledge of
financing, competitive market analysis, negotiation, property
inspections and representation.
